Passport/Visa Note
Any foreign national who wishes to enter Monaco for a period not exceeding three months must have the document required for entry into France. Passengers must also hold return or onward tickets, sufficient funds and the necessary documents for return or onward journey, except for members of EEA states and Switzerland.
Entering France / Getting a Visa:
All foreign citizens who wish to come to France must be able to present regulatory proof of the purpose of their stay, means of support and accommodation. In some cases, they need a visa to enter France. Visas must be applied for before leaving for France at a French consular office.
